Crush Arena Account Deletion

If you wish to delete your Crush Arena account and remove all your associated personal and gameplay data, you can submit a deletion request.

How to Request Account Deletion

  1. Send an email to noreply.crusharena@gmail.com with the subject line "Crush Arena Account Deletion Request".
  2. In the email, please provide your registered email address and your in-game username.
  3. Once received, we will verify ownership of the account and delete your data within 7 business days. We will send you a confirmation email once complete.

What data will be deleted?

Profile & Credentials Email, Username, selected avatar image, and authentication provider details.
Progress & Ranks Rank, XP, current level, level progress, and game progression.
Gameplay Stats Match history, room membership details, achievements, and stats.
Inventory & Customization Owned/equipped cosmetics (trails, boards, bursts, and badges) and virtual coin balance.

Data Retained

No personal identifiers or account-specific gameplay history are retained. Fully anonymized game room metrics (such as average turn duration or total games played) may be retained for balancing and developer diagnostic analysis.
